At the Michael and Son, we believe that specialized education is the foundation for a strong business enterprise. When you start a Michael and Son HVAC Services franchise, we will provide you with extensive training. We also require that your technicians and managers go through the HVAC sales training program. Upon completion of our startup education, we will continue to offer assistance and support with ongoing training and development, as well as leadership and coaching.
